Ok, There’s Strobing. And Now There’s Chroming?

Ok, I know that strobing has become trendy these days but there’s another technique for highlighting and it’s called chroming!

What is chroming?

From a few other blogs I’ve read, I’ve learned that chroming the new strobing created by Mac Cosmetics’ Senior Makeup Artist, Dominic Skinner.

And this is what he used — lipstick!

Yes, a frosty shimmery nude lipstick. Specifically, the MAC x Mariah Carey – All I Want Champagne Shimmer lipstick. I created a tutorial with a similar lipstick (a more affordable and cruelty-free one, of course!) and two of Nanshy Brushes to show you how it’s done.
